Bio: Willice Evans was born on Vulcan, his father being human named Vargo Evans, ad his mother being named T'Pau. He lived on Vulcan for 20 years, he trained in the Vulcan High Command and Graduated from Vulcan High Command Acadamy at age 18, he then served the Vulcan High Command for 2 years as a Sub Commander before leaving for earth, at age 21, Willice Began his career in Starfleet, he traind at the acadamy for 8 years, he majored in Command & Conn and in Tactical & Engineering.

When Willice was 29 he graduated from Starfleet Acadamy as a Lt. Jr. Grade, he served abored the U.S.S. Hood for 4 years as Chief Tactical Officer, his ship was destroyed by the borg, he was rescued with sevral of his other Crewmates by a Cardassian Galor Class Starship, Willice was taken to Cardassia and held captive for 3 months, when the conflict between the Cardassians and Federation was resolved, Willice returned to Earth, at age 30 Willice Returned to Cardassia and trained in the Cardassian Military, he graduated after 2 years and was given a tactical position on a Cardassian Galor, he served for 5 months, his ship was destroyed by an Ion storm, he made his was to Vulcan shortly there after, then after 4 long years at Vulcan at age 36, Willice left for Earth beign called on an Important Mission, he was renstated as a starfleet officer at the rank Lt. Commander, he went into the Romulan Neutral zone in a small cloaked Klingon Ship, he landed on Romulus after succesfully crossing the Neutral Zone, he enlisted in the Romulan Star Navy, he graduated after 7 Years of hard training. At age 43 Willice was givin a position on a Valdore Class Romulan Warbird, the ship fought against the Remans in the Rebellion, Willice, 2 years later then Returned to Federation space in a Stolen Scorpian Class Fighter that was captured in the Rebellion. He worked in the Federation 1st Officer on the U.S.S. Hawk for 3 years, the ship was decommisioned and he lived at starfleet acadamy for 2 years. At Age 50 Willice was given Command of the U.S.S. Constitution-C. Willice commanded that ship for 8 years before being promoted to Admiral with a Unanimouse Decision by the Federation Council. At Age 59 Willice was appointed President of the Federation, Willice then served to this day as leader of the Federation.

In his years Willice recieved 4 of the Highest Starfleet Honors, 1 Cardassian Honor, and 6 Vulcan Honors, Willice was Commended Twice by the Romulan Empire when he was server in the Navy. Willice is one of the Most Decorated Federation Members.
